BIO

Sebastian was born and raised in the city of eternal spring, Medellin, Colombia. At age 12 he began studying music at El Colegio de Musica de Medellin where he learned to play electric bass, drums and saxophone. Throughout high school he joined different bands playing genres ranging from punk rock to salsa. After graduation, he studied music at Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá and then moved to Florida to study music production at Full Sail University. During this time he developed a knack for music production where he earned a Pro Tools Operator certificate.

In 2008 Sebastian moved to Los Angeles to pursue an internship at Remote Control Productions which soon turned into a full time position under composer Heitor Pereira. As an assistant to Mr. Pereira his responsibilities included music coordinating, recording, programming, and music editing. There, he collaborated with several composers including Hans Zimmer, Harry Gregson-Williams, Henry Jackman and Pharrell Williams.

Recently, Sebastian has worked as a music editor on TV shows including Falling Water, Comrade Detective, State of Affairs, and films such as Fifty Shades Freed, Cries From Syria and Next Gen. Also, worked as a composer on: The Mirage, June, Doormats and is currently working on DreamSheep an animation being produced in his home town. He seeks to continue collaborating with filmmakers in the years ahead.
